Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and student-centered Elementary Principal to lead our Preschool–Grade 4th building. The ideal candidate is an instructional leader who excels in building a positive school culture, curriculum background,supporting high-quality teaching and learning, and ensuring strong special education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Support academic programming, curriculum alignment, and data-driven instruction.
- Support and coach teachers to improve instructional practice and student outcomes.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe school culture for all students and families.
- Oversee building and district initiatives and implement consistent student discipline practices.
- Ensure compliance with IDEA/Section 504 and support effective special education programming.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; promote growth mindset.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to strengthen student success.
- Manage daily school operations, safety procedures, and building resources.
Qualifications
Education/Certification/License:
- Master’s degree in Educational Administration.
- Valid administrator certification or ability to obtain proper license by July 1, 2026
Experience
- A minimum of three years of successful teaching experience at the elementary level, preferably in more than one grade level.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood and elementary instruction, interventions, and special education.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $88,000 plus based on experience, benefit package
