The Assistant Baseball Coach – Pitching will work under the direction of the Head Baseball Coach to instruct and develop student-athletes, with an emphasis on pitching mechanics, arm care, and game strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing pitching instruction and skill development
- Assisting with practices, games, and pitcher management
- Supporting player development and team goals
- Following all school, district, and athletic association policies
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of baseball pitching fundamentals
- Coaching or playing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with student-athletes
- Must have a Valid Coaching Authorization/ License per Iowa Code
