What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2026-2027 TAG/Instructional Coach position at TeachIowa?
Develop instructional material, coordinate educational content, and incorporate current technology into instruction in order to provide guidelines to educators and instructors for developing curricula and conducting courses. May train and coach teachers. Includes educational consultants and specialists, and instructional material directors.
Oversees advanced cirricula, proivdes specialized support for high ability students, and assist teachers in differentiating instruction. They ensure compliance with gifted education standards while fostering research-based, high-engagement teaching strategies to support advanced learners in K-8 or secondary environments
