Role Description
This full-time, in-home Behavioral Therapist role is based in solano county, California. The Behavioral Therapist will work directly with clients and their families to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress. The role includes observing and assessing behavior, collaborating with families and other professionals, and documenting treatment plans to ensure effectiveness. The therapist will actively contribute to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where clients can achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build constructive relationships with clients and families
- Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
- High school diploma required
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or similar roles is an advantage
- Willingness to work in-home
- Drivers License, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willinigness to drive 30 minutes to and from client homes
