Position Summary
Tea Party Patriots Action is seeking a skilled and efficient Video Content Producer & Editor to support daily podcast production and social media content distribution. This role is responsible for editing long-form podcast episodes and producing high-performing short-form clips for digital platforms.
The ideal candidate understands conversational media, political content, and the pace required to support daily or high-frequency podcast production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production
- Edit long-form podcast and show episodes for YouTube and Rumble
- Produce 6–12 short-form clips per episode for social platforms
- Create vertical video optimized for Shorts, Reels, and X
Content Packaging
- Identify strong moments, soundbites, and hooks
- Add captions, subtitles, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics
- Maintain consistent visual and audio standards
Workflow & Asset Management
- Organize raw footage and finished assets
- Coordinate closely with social media and graphics teams
- Support rapid-response editing needs when required
Podcast-Focused Production
- Support daily or recurring podcast production workflows
- Collaborate on episode launches and clip rollout schedules
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience.
Skills & Abilities
- 3 years of professional video editing experience
- Demonstrated experience editing podcasts, talk shows, or long-form conversational content
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Experience producing short-form video for social media platforms
- Ability to work under daily deadlines with speed and accuracy
Reasoning Ability
Strong editorial judgment, ability to determine what moments resonate with audiences, and capacity to prioritize effectively under time constraints.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, captioning tools, cloud storage platforms, and collaborative production workflows.
Work Environment
Based near the Atlanta, GA area. Studio and office environment with high-output production expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $75,000.00 per year
