Job Description:
Tea Monks is looking for friendly, energetic baristas to join our team in a clean, welcoming environment!
About You
- Passionate about milk tea, boba, and quality customer service
- Positive, approachable, and a strong team player
- Reliable and available to work weekends and flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)
- Previous customer service experience preferred; POS experience (Square, Clover etc.)
- Comfortable handling cash and following food safety guidelines
What You'll Do
- Prepare boba and brew tea to our quality standards
- Prep ingredients, stock supplies, and track inventory
- Keep the workspace clean and organized (dishes, sweeping, mopping)
- Support opening and closing duties as scheduled
- Other duties as needed based on shop requirements
