Qualifications: We require 1-2 years of experience. Operators need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

More Specifically The Taping Machine Operator
- Sets up reels of wire into the payoff stands and empties reel into the takeup
- Laces wire through the machine-oven-capstan spark tester and onto the takeup reel.
- Loads tapes onto the taping heads and drains wire when applicable per job requirement.
- Sets oven controllers if applpicaple to the required temperatures per specification.
- Starts machine and checks tape lay. Sets spark tester at specification voltage. Runs to required footage.
- Maintains quality satandards and runs machines at specification speeds.
- Make all necessary repairs to any faults or damaged material per specifications.
- Adhere to safety standards
- Basic math skills of addition and subtraction
- No attendance issues
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to pass post-offer company paid physical/drug screen and background check
- 3rd shift
