- Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for pipeline construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members across departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Conduct site visits for accurate project cost estimation.
- Prepare comprehensive bids and maintain bid files.
- Develop full-scope estimates, understanding the risks and opportunities in bid documents.
- Strong focus on pipeline methods, with a requirement for proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding pipeline construction techniques.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Three years’ experience in preconstruction/estimating or operations in commercial construction, with a focus on pipeline projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Planet Bids.
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to management, clients, and customers.
- Experience with Public Works and Private projects

Compensation: $150,000 Depending on experience
