Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles (e.g., production operators, technicians, machinists, and supervisory positions).
- Collaborate with recruiting COE to develop and execute sourcing strategies using local job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community partnerships.
- Drive third party talent suppliers to reduce time to fill.
- Research talent suppliers to closely match our skilled trade openings
- Conduct initial phone screens, assess candidate qualifications, and present strong candidate slates to hiring managers.
- Consult with hiring leaders to understand job requirements, success profiles, and workforce needs.
- Set expectations around timelines, process steps, and candidate experience.
- Facilitate requisition creation, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and selection decisions.
- Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and community partnerships.
- Promote the organization’s culture, values, and growth opportunities to prospective talent.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure recruiting practices align with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, and pipeline activity.
What your background should look like:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, with emphasis on manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social networks).
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a ramp up environment.
- Experience in contract recruiting or onsite manufacturing support.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments, shift structures, and safety requirements.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Spanish or bilingual skills (if relevant to workforce).

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $59,000 - $ 88,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
