Requirements
- Positive, friendly, courteous, and kind attitude with great customer service skills.
- Master knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC issues such as basic low voltage, refrigerant, communicating equipment faults, and airflow.
- A proven history of quality troubleshooting with 15 or more years of experience at an HVAC company.
- The position requires someone with 10 yrs of experience repairing or replacing residential HVAC systems.
- Clear understanding of duct work, zoning, and communicating systems.
- Evaluate overall system installations and identify any code-related, safety, or comfort issues.
- Be able to repair issues on the job the same day to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort.
- Coordinate with Install Supervisors, Install crews, and management.
- Be able to coach or train others.
- Residency within 35 miles of our Kennesaw office.
- Be willing to work occasional Saturdays.
- Be willing to attend training and classes.
- Experience with a smart device and technical ability. Service Titan experience is a plus!
- Excellent professional & personal references.
- Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
- Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis. Standing for long periods of time, extensive kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
