Tasks
- Administer and maintain the organization's IT network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across all sites.
- Coordinate with the IT team and external service providers to implement network upgrades and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance using WebTrax™ and TechTrax™ portals, analyzing data to proactively address potential problems.
- Manage security protocols and firewall configurations to protect against unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures to support efficient project management and asset tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration and support.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
