What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Construction Project Manager position at TDX Construction Corporation?
Shall have a minimum of a two (2) year technical degree from an accredited college plus five (5) years of experience in the inspection and monitoring of construction projects, or six (6) years of experience in the inspection and monitoring of construction projects.
Candidates must be able to manage the various projects using established controls and procedures and provide job site leadership in areas of scheduling, safety, and quality. Applicants should also have a working knowledge of the change order and cost review process, and the review / approval of contractor’s payment application.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
