As a Senior Warehouse Technician you'll provide quality service to our internal customers while supporting customer-focused activities and company projects and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments accurately and free from damage. This position will make decisions on how to fulfill inventory requests as well as customer requests. It will monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy in applicable tracking systems , ha ndle work orders , and work with customers to ensure applicable receipt and stocking of CPE (Customer Premise Equipment). It will also maintain schedules with vehicles and transfer construction materials.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CT (40 hrs a week)
The individual selected for this position will be required to reside within a 60-minute driving distance from the Delavan, Wisconsin warehouse located at: 120 S Wright St., Delavan, WI 53593.
This position can be hired at either a Warehouse Technician (# 2026-29823 ) or a Senior Warehouse Technician (# 2026-29829 ) level depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate. Responsibilities
Service
- Gather items or materials requested by customers for issue or assembles Bills of Materials (BOM) required for specific projects.
- Package orders, shipments, or BOM’s to protect materials from damage during transit.
- Ship materials to vendors, repair facilities, or customers.
- Deliver customer orders or materials to various departments and locations.
- Test equipment for proper function and schedule repairs of damaged , broken , or defective equipment.
- Coordinate all r epairs to CPE and warranty items.
- Safeguard and track inventory items to ensure accurate accountability.
- Identif y and sort materials, mark , and label inventory items prior to stor age or distribution.
- Store or put inventory items away in assigned storage locations.
- May also ensure that all new CPE equipment is loaded correctly into the inventory management systems as required within 48 hours of receipt, including unpacking , labeling , and repacking before adding to inventory.
- Track and m aintain inventory , including purchasing, receiving, stocking , and track ing regulated and non-regulated equipment and materials.
- Conduct cycle inventory counts and perform annual reconciliation as directed.
- L oad and unload shipments.
- Take possession of products or materials to place them into inventory or distribute them for immediate use. Receiving duties include: unloading inbound shipments from delivery trucks, inspection of shipments for any visible damage, material counts and coordination with packing slips, and documentation to verify item number, description and quantity, and/or damage to shipment, documentation of shipments and/or discrepancies and reports findings to management.

- Operate and maintain department equipment , includ ing forklifts , hand trucks and carts , wei ghing materials, s tenciling equipment, barcode scanners , and computers .
- P erform operator inspections and maintenance as required by equipment manuals and/or company policies .
- O perate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Assign or issue CPE to technicians for each work order.
- Work with technicians, coordinators, and contractors on local recoveries. I ssue CPE and construction supplies and equipment with coordinated shipment.
- Maintain records, documentation, and files critical to business and financial operations , including filing, archiving, r etrieving records , and disposing of files or records in compliance with company policies.
- Wo rk with Finance to maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels.
- Arrange for disposal or recycling of equipment.

Qualifications
Required Job Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in warehousing or distribution center operations.
- 1 years' using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- 1 years' experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet lifters, and rigging equipment).
- 2 years of experience using a Warehousing, Inventory, ERP Management Systems (Great Plains, SAP, Navision, MRP or similar) system .
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.
- Must possess, or have the ability to gain a Forklift Certification.
- Must possess, or have the ability to gain a box truck certification.
- Ability to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; develops and maintains two-way communications; keeps other departments informed of developments affecting their functions.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities; excels at cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
