Responsibilities may also extend to broader support of outside plant construction initiatives as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will reside in, or live within a reasonable commuting distance of, Missoula or Helena, Montana to support in‑market needs.

- Prepares and submits Bills of Materials (BOMs) required for construction project procurement, while tracking shipments and inspecting received materials for damage.
- Utilizes internal geographic information system (GIS) and material‑management platforms to generate and submit BOMs, monitor material usage, and reconcile construction material quantities.
- Monitors inventory levels at storage locations by tracking usage and remaining stock, ensuring accuracy across SAP, TPAT, and other inventory tools.
- Supports market and project needs by helping maintain appropriate inventory levels and identifying replenishment requirements.
- Conducts cycle counts and completes annual inventory reconciliations as assigned.
- Maintains organized records and documentation essential for business and financial operations, including filing, archiving, and retrieving materials to support audits and financial reporting; collaborates with Finance to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinates with internal teams on the disposal, transfer, or recycling of materials in accordance with company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2 years professional work experience
- 1 years of utility construction – AND/OR - engineering experience
Other Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new tools (i.e.: GIS, UTS, Clarity, etc.) as they are deployed.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Organized, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytical, able to work with minimal supervision.
- SAP Experience/knowledge
- 1 years of telecommunications experience
- Project Management experience/exposure
