We’re looking for an Experienced AI Development Lead to help us build and ship AI-powered features across our platform.
This is a hands-on builder role with ownership. You’ll work directly on implementing AI solutions while helping shape how AI fits into our products and workflows. Not entry-level, but also not purely strategic. We need someone who can execute and grow with us.

What You’ll Do
- Build and ship AI features inside our dental practice software
- Work on LLM-powered workflows (documentation, automation, insights)
- Design and implement APIs and services for AI capabilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes using AI
- Prototype quickly and iterate based on real user needs
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG
- Familiarity with NLP and basic ML concepts
- Frameworks & Tools:
- PyTorch or TensorFlow (basic proficiency is fine)
- LangChain or similar orchestration tools
- Backend & Infra:
- REST APIs and microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Data:
- SQL and working with structured/unstructured data
- Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
- Experience in healthcare or dental software
- Familiarity with HIPAA or sensitive data handling
- Experience building user-facing AI features
- Exposure to analytics or reporting systems
- Curious and proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Interest in building real-world AI applications, not just experiments
