- Service, Operates, Maintains and Troubleshoots more complex HVAC Commercial.
- Coordinates work processes on large projects. Performs disassembly and reassembly of large commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
- Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.
- Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
- Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
- Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
- Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goal
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service & maintenance experience.
Technical degree in related field is preferred.
EPA Universal license required.
