Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a steward of the TDIndustries brand and visual identity across all geographies and business units
- Lead enterprise brand governance, ensuring consistency across digital, print, environmental, presentation and campaign materials
- Drive evolution of the brand while preserving the culture and values of TDIndustries
- Partner with leadership to develop creative strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and strategic initiatives
- Establish and maintain brand standards, templates, style guides and creative systems
Creative Direction & Design
- Lead creative concepting, visual storytelling and execution for enterprise marketing and communications initiatives
- Design and oversee development of presentations, campaigns, videos, social media assets, proposals, events, signage, executive communications and branded experiences
- Ensure all creative work reflects a high standard of quality, professionalism and innovation
- Provide hands-on graphic design support and creative production as needed
- Manage photography, video, illustration and other visual content direction
Collaboration & Partnership
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, Pursuits, HR, Safety and Operations teams to support enterprise priorities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on high-visibility presentations, meetings, campaigns and communications
- Support customer-facing and recruiting initiatives through compelling visual storytelling and brand experiences
- Build strong relationships across the organization to drive adoption of brand standards and “One TD” alignment
Team & Vendor Leadership
- Lead and mentor creative team members and external creative partners
- Manage creative workflows, priorities, timelines and production schedules
- Partner with agencies, printers, photographers, videographers and other vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Continuously evaluate creative processes, tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts or related field preferred
- 7 years of experience in brand management, creative leadership, graphic design or marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand leadership, campaign development and high-quality creative execution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design tools
- Experience leading enterprise-level branding initiatives and maintaining brand standards
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction, engineering, industrial or B2B industries preferred
