Description:
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer that will respond to phone calls and ticket requests working on issues including level1 to level 3 support. Our team works in fast-paced environment for onsite and remote workers in a Windows10 and O365 environment. This role provides end-user problem resolution, imaging, deployments, and workstation engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business and 1 to 2 years, or 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience, preferably within an insurance/medical industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, face-to-face, and written.
- Technical knowledge and experience with technology environments, including server, network, storage, and communications systems.
- Proficient understanding of technology systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
- Proficient understanding of project management principles.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP
- Proficient in basic firewall and routing technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and network problems remotely and on-site.
- Ability to support the roll-out of new applications.
- Respond to Helpdesk tickets promptly.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Salary Range: $60,348 - $79,207. Compensation varies based on skills, knowledge, and education. We consider factors such as specialized skills, depth of knowledge in the field, and educational background to ensure fair and competitive pay.
