We’re hiring a high-agency, founder-minded Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of new AI and software products that transform operational workflows for healthcare providers.
This is a true 0→1, build-from-scratch role. You’ll work deeply in the weeds with engineering, operations, and clinical teams, turning complex workflows into scalable products that customers rely on every day.

Why This Role Exists
Demand for new products is growing quickly. We need someone who can ship high-impact systems such as:
- Automated clinical charting tools
- Automated intake & eligibility workflows
- AI copilots for nursing staff
- Deep EMR integrations and internal ETL platforms
There’s a lot to build — and this role will own meaningful product areas from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Own products end-to-end, from ideation to roadmap to launch and iteration
- Write clear, detailed, technical product specs and collaborate closely with engineering
- Work intimately with Operations and Clinical teams to understand real workflows you’ll eventually automate
- Convert user pain points, qualitative insights, and analytics into sharp product decisions
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs across teams
- Develop and track product KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Depending on your strengths, lead either internal platform tools or external customer-facing products
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build the systems you wish existed — and help define foundational product surfaces for the company.
Who We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of product experience in startups, B2B SaaS, healthcare tech, or 0→1 environments
- A builder with strong taste, judgment, and ownership
- Someone energized by ambiguity and speed, “big company PMs” typically won’t thrive here
- Comfortable engaging with technical details and operational complexity
- Founding experience is a major plus
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required; exceptional generalists are equally compelling
- Excited by the idea of working closely with engineering and operations, not layers of stakeholders
