The IT Operation Analyst I provides technology-based customer service support and conducts first level analysis to resolve end user incidents / issues working with technology groups, to resolve within established timeframes.
Must be able to work 5x a week any day of the week, 40 hours in total and reside locally to Columbia, South Carolina
