Fiber Optic Aerial Laborer/Operator 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate bucket trucks and/or digger derrick trucks for aerial utility installation      
  • Set poles, install anchors, and assist with line placement 
  • Interpret utility prints and job specifications 
  • Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections 
  • Follow all OSHA and safety regulations for aerial work 
  • Identify job site hazards and ensure safe work practices 
  • Support Foreman and crew leadership 

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating bucket trucks and/or digger derricks preferred 
  • Class A CDL required or strongly preferred 
  • Knowledge of aerial construction and safety standards 
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions 
  • Strong attention to safety and detail 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
