Fiber Optic Aerial Laborer/Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate bucket trucks and/or digger derrick trucks for aerial utility installation
- Set poles, install anchors, and assist with line placement
- Interpret utility prints and job specifications
- Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
- Follow all OSHA and safety regulations for aerial work
- Identify job site hazards and ensure safe work practices
- Support Foreman and crew leadership
Qualifications:
- Experience operating bucket trucks and/or digger derricks preferred
- Class A CDL required or strongly preferred
- Knowledge of aerial construction and safety standards
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
