Job Responsibilities
The Financial Services Associate works in a retail banking environment and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
About the Role
- You will execute TD's Brand promise to customers by consistently executing appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience in the Store.
- You will perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently.
- You will process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with a high level of accuracy.
Key Performance Indicators
- You will balance cash drawers Automated Teller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) as necessary.
- You will adhere to safe deposit box procedures/operations and guidelines.
