FLSA Status: Full Time (40 hours per week with overtime, on-call, or storm response as needed)

What This Role Does
The FTTH Field Technician installs, maintains, and repairs TCW’s fiber network from the outside plant to the customer premise. This role is responsible for delivering a reliable, high-quality service experience while ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and to TCW standards.
What This Role Owns
· Installation and activation of FTTH services at residential and business locations
· Fiber drops, inside wiring, ONT installation, testing, and customer turn-up
· Troubleshooting and repair of fiber service issues and outages
· Proper use and care of tools, test equipment, vehicles, and materials
· Accurate documentation of work completed, test results, and field notes
· Communication with Dispatch and Operations regarding job status and issues
· Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all job sites
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
