Mobile Home Community
We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two mobile home communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Leasing homes and lots
- Collecting rent and following up on delinquent accounts
- Resident communication and customer service
- Coordinating maintenance and property needs
- Conducting property inspections
- Marketing available homes and maintaining occupancy
- Handling paperwork, reports, and general office duties
- Enforcing community rules and policies
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Professional and customer-service focused
- Property management or leasing experience preferred
- Mobile home community experience is a plus, but not required
