Dispatch Specialist – TCS Transportation (NEMT)

What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Make)

Take ownership of the day’s operation—ensuring zero missed trips and minimizing delays.

Act as the central support system for drivers, providing clear direction, problem-solving, and calm leadership throughout the day.

Make real-time decisions to adjust routes and schedules while balancing efficiency and member care.

Coordinate return trips (leg 2) with urgency and strategy to reduce wait times for members.

Communicate with empathy and professionalism—especially during high-pressure or service-recovery situations.

Partner with Trip Assignment and Operations to quickly resolve service disruptions.

Maintain strong awareness of performance goals while never losing sight of the human impact behind each trip.
