Dispatch Specialist – TCS Transportation (NEMT)

What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Make)

• Take ownership of the day’s operation—ensuring zero missed trips and minimizing delays.

• Act as the central support system for drivers, providing clear direction, problem-solving, and calm leadership throughout the day.

• Make real-time decisions to adjust routes and schedules while balancing efficiency and member care.

• Coordinate return trips (leg 2) with urgency and strategy to reduce wait times for members.

• Communicate with empathy and professionalism—especially during high-pressure or service-recovery situations.

• Partner with Trip Assignment and Operations to quickly resolve service disruptions.

• Maintain strong awareness of performance goals while never losing sight of the human impact behind each trip.

• No missed trips and minimal late service

• Strong trip efficiency (Urban: 2/hr | Specialized: 1/hr)

• Return trips dispatched within 5 minutes on average

• Clear, professional communication with drivers and team members

• Consistent contribution to operational improvements

  Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years of dispatch/logistics experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Familiar with smartphone and dispatch applications.

Salary : $18 - $21
