Summary:
TCS is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to support our continued growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable evaluating diverse commercial credit requests. You’ll work closely with our President, Internal Sales Managers, and external partners to structure, analyze, and approve equipment finance transactions.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze credit applications, financial statements, tax returns, and bank data for businesses nationwide
- Prepare clear, concise written credit memorandums summarizing risks, strengths, and transaction recommendations
- Collaborate with Internal Sales Managers, Funding Partners, Corporate Controllers, Vendors, and Lessees
- Conduct industry and collateral analysis to support credit recommendations
- Evaluate borrower and guarantor financial health, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and repayment ability
- Assist in structuring equipment leases and loans that meet TCS profitability and risk standards
- Review UCC searches and assist with collateral verification
- Maintain accurate tracking of credit decisions, exposure, and pipeline activity
- Learn and utilize TCS systems, processes, and documentation workflows
- Support ongoing portfolio monitoring, including covenant tracking and annual financial requirements
- Present findings to leadership and participate in credit committee discussions

The Experience We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of commercial credit analysis experience (equipment finance/leasing preferred)
- 4-year college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling
- Familiarity with receivables, inventory, and equipment collateral valuation
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
- UCC experience a plus
