**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Roustabout Manger to join our team. The Roustabout Manger is responsible for: marketing, building and maintaining relationships with company men, directing the roustabout crews on daily project tasks, equipment setup, and dismantling, addressing performance issues and maintain order, morale, and productivity within the team, maintaining accurate records of labor, inventory, and materials used by the crew, and daily ticketing.
**Experience**
Must have a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a similar role required.
- Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety procedures.
- Experience with pipeline maintenance activities is a plus.
