We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician / Systems Support Specialist to join a fast-growing IT services company serving medium and large organizations across the Four Corners region. This role is critical to maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure across hardware, software, and network systems.
This is a high-responsibility, high-opportunity position offering exposure to real-world environments ranging from desktop support to servers, networking, and infrastructure projects. In addition to hourly pay, this position is eligible for performance-based profit sharing. Participation level and percentage are based on experience, performance, and demonstrated trust over time.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system issues across Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, with exposure to macOS and Linux environments
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Support and maintain networking infrastructure including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and routers
- Configure and assist with network devices and TCP/IP-based systems
- Perform system installs, upgrades, imaging, and deployments
- Assist with server administration tasks in on-prem and hybrid environments
- Monitor system performance, stability, and basic security controls
- Document incidents, resolutions, and work performed in ticketing or service systems
- Collaborate with team members on infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, and client projects
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users at all technical levels
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and escalate appropriately when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior hands-on or professional IT experience preferred but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Active Directory concepts and user management
- Experience with help desk or ticketing systems is a plus
- Logical, methodical troubleshooting approach
- Strong sense of responsibility, follow-through, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility

Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional after-hours or on-call as needed
- Location: Four Corners region (NM, AZ, CO, UT)
- Work Style: Hybrid, field, remote and office-based
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
