What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will serve as the central point of coordination for warehouse operations, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and track purchase orders, material receipts, and replenishment stock
- Maintain accurate records of vendor shipments and documentation
- Resolve invoice discrepancies related to material receipts
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with warehouse leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse and fulfillment-related issues
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely processing for customer installations
- Prepare bills of lading and shipping documentation
- Monitor and maintain delivery reports to support daily operations
- Process inventory transactions including returns, transfers, and scrap
- Organize and manage RMA (returns) materials and documentation
- Support cycle counts, audits, and annual inventory processes
- Assist with order reconciliation and delivery adjustments
- Handle daily load-out transactions for installation teams
- Identify and communicate delivery issues ahead of scheduled installs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following 5S standards
- Follow all safety policies and proper use of equipment and PPE
