Ensure client safety and maintaining the integrity of the residential program. This includes monitoring clients, assisting with daily living tasks, facilitating recreational activities, and completing required documentation. Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitoring consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
- Ensure client safety and program integrity for a secure environment.
- Assist with daily living tasks
- Recreational activities
- Clinical/facility documentation.

Qualifications:Required Education, Certifications, and/or Experience
- High School Diploma
Preferred Education Certifications, and/or Experience
- Experience with Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill (SPMI) clients in a residential setting is a plus.
- Computer Experience
- CPR/First Aid Certifications, De-escalation – TCN will provide upon hire
