Role Description The Estimator role at TCM Enterprises LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in Springdale, AR. The Estimator is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, and preparing accurate cost estimates for metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and related materials and labor. Daily tasks include analyzing bid documents, soliciting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotes, and preparing bid proposals and budgets in alignment with company standards. The Estimator collaborates closely with project managers and field supervisors to clarify scope, value engineer projects, and adjust estimates based on site conditions or client requirements. The role also involves maintaining organized estimate records, updating pricing databases, and supporting the handoff of awarded projects to the operations team.
