About the Role:

We're looking for a Working Project Manager who can wear both a hard hat and a manager's hat. If you're equally comfortable running a job site and getting your hands dirty with drywall, tile, painting, or light electrical work, we want to talk to you.

This is a boots-on-the-ground position — ideal for a highly skilled tradesperson who knows how to lead, schedule, communicate, and get the job done right.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   1. Coordinate and manage residential and light commercial renovation or construction projects.
   2. Schedule labor, materials, and subcontractors.
   3. Serve as the point of contact between clients, suppliers, and the field team.
   4. Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
   5. Hands-On Work (Self-Perform):
      1. Perform skilled trades including:
         1. Drywall installation & finishing
         2. Interior/exterior painting
         3. Tile setting (floors, backsplashes, bathrooms, etc.)
         4. Light electrical (switches, outlets, lighting, etc.)
         5. Light carpentry and punch-list work
      2. Step in to assist crews when needed to keep the job moving forward.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years of experience in construction or renovation trades.
2. Proven ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish.
3. Strong skills in at least 3 or more of the following: drywall, painting, tile, electrical, finish carpentry.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
7. Comfortable using basic project management tools/apps.
