Description
Client Service Associates support client and advisor service activities through TCI’s pod-based service model and centralized workflows. Responsibilities evolve across levels from foundational task execution and systems learning to independent ownership of client service activities and, at more advanced levels, mentorship, problem solving, and contribution to team effectiveness.
Requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employees in this role contribute to the following areas with increasing independence, complexity, scope, and accountability as they progress through levels:
- Support client service requests through task queues, email, and workflow systems
- Prepare, process, and track paperwork and account maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation
- Coordinate client communication, scheduling, and follow-up activities
- Support advisor teams with timely, accurate execution of service requests
- Collaborate across pods and internal teams to support client and business needs
- Follow established procedures, controls, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and service consistency
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Support Advisors and clients by delivering timely, accurate, and responsive service.
- Manage client service requests, account maintenance, and documentation through established workflows.
- Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and follow up activities.
- Build and maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
- Collaborate with Advisors and colleagues across teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Exercise sound judgment, prioritize competing responsibilities, and proactively identify solutions.
- Contribute to workflow improvements, operational excellence, and team effectiveness.
- Continue developing your knowledge, skills, and expertise while taking on increasing responsibility over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience supporting clients, advisors, or administrative operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client service.
