Role Details

Location: Ft. Worth, TX — Local DFW Applicants Only

Compensation: $75K base incentives | Weekly Pay

Travel: Up to 35% | Manage Remote Locations

What You’ll Do

• Coach and manage a fleet of drivers as a true team leader
• Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
• Travel to remote locations to support and manage operations
• Solve operational challenges quickly and creatively
• Lead with empathy, grit, and accountability
  
  

What You Bring

• 2 years of logistics or driver management experience
• Strong fleet operations background
• Calm, confident communication and decision-making skills
• Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA regulations
