Job Title: Inside Parts Sales Representative
Supervisor: VP of Product Support
TCI Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Walnut, Illinois. This role is responsible for supporting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery while providing a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
· Assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, and product information via phone and email.
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Coordinate shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
· Follow up with customers to provide order status updates and resolve any issues.
· Maintain sales records and documentation, including invoices and shipping documents.
· Work closely with internal teams such as purchasing, production, and shipping to meet customer needs.
· Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or parts sales preferred.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) is a plus.
