Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR strategies that align with company goals and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key health and beauty journalists and media outlets.
- Plan, organize, and oversee press events, product launches, and media engagements.
- Collaborate with the brand manager and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze PR performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage external PR agencies and partners as needed.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and media briefings.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in public relations within the consumer goods industry.
- 3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Proven relationships with health and beauty media/journalists and strong media pitching skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing press events and brand communications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with a brand manager.
- Must reside in the Los Angeles area and be available to travel to our Utah office 3–4 times per month.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
