We are looking for a skilled Facilities Technician II to support daily maintenance, repairs, and improvements to our facility systems. This role helps keep our building, equipment, and utilities operating safely and efficiently. You will handle hands-on repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and support facility projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: American Fork, Utah (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 6 PM - 6 AM
Hourly: $27-32/hr

What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, boilers, chillers, etc.).
- Complete preventive maintenance and respond to facility work orders.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision.
- Support building upkeep, including lighting, doors, painting, fixtures, and general repairs.
- Help with facility upgrades, equipment installations, and contractor coordination.
- Maintain accurate records in the CMMS system.
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and company policies.
What You Bring
- 3 years of facilities or maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, use diagnostic tools, and complete hands-on repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (noise, heat/cold, heights, confined spaces).
