What are the responsibilities and job description for the Die Polisher/Machine Operator position at TCI Coatings?
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Remove scratches and other defects from steel dies/forms.
- Increase surface finish to a diamond finish shine.
- Operate Lathes and power hand tools.
- Willingness to work overtime if needed.
- Will train in all phases of center operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have the ability to use tools such as straight and 90 degree grinders, lathes, and some hand finishing techniques.
- Ability to carry at least 45 lbs. of parts/forms.
- Experience/ and or the ability to operate crane/hoist and forklift.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is required.
- Valid state driver's license
