As a Senior Software Developer within our Agile delivery teams, you will function as part of an agile unit, contributing to the development, modernization, and maintenance of applications within a Federal Civilian security boundary. • Platform Expertise: Apply deep technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and ColdFusion, and other enterprise platforms to build, enhance, and integrate applications
  • Agile Engineering: Participate in Agile-Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog refinement, and deliver high-quality, tested product increments aligned with stakeholder priorities
  • DevSecOps and Compliance: Implement secure coding practices (NIST 800-218 and OWASP Top 10) and operate within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous security and compliance
  • Automation: Embed automated testing and rigorous release management into the software development lifecycle to minimize production defects
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with architects and cross-functional team members to design modular, scalable solutions that facilitate "build once, use many" enterprise outcomes

Minimum Baseline Engineering Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with multiple platforms (ColdFusion, Power Platform, Power BI, etc.) and programming languages relevant to the government customer technology stack
  • Secure Development: Commitment to secure coding practices and experience in supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements, FISMA compliance, and NIST cybersecurity policies
  • Agile Proficiency: Strong experience in Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies, including backlog management and sprint-based delivery
  • DevSecOps/Automation: Experience operating within DevSecOps pipelines and using version control systems (e.g., Git) for automated testing and deployment
  • Documentation: Ability to maintain essential technical documentation, including System Design Documents, IT Contingency Plans, and Configuration Management Plans
