Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Curriculum Coordinator located at Kiddie Academy of Fleming Island, FL. The Curriculum Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and materials that meet organizational and state standards. Responsibilities include designing and adapting curriculum, supporting teachers with instructional strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with leadership to enhance learning outcomes and teacher development. Additionally, the role will require regular communication with educators and stakeholders to ensure alignment with best practices in education.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Curriculum and Curriculum Development, with a thorough understanding of instructional design and educational program planning
- Proficiency in Education and Educational Leadership, with experience managing and supporting teaching teams
- Strong Communication skills to effectively work with educators, leadership, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of state and federal educational standards and compliance requirements
- CDA and State Training Required
- Experience in early childhood education is an asset
- Ability to work in a collaborative, in-person environment
