What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Grow employee position at TCDA Cultivation?
TCDA Cultivation in Death Valley Junction is looking for Cultivation/ General Labor / Processing team member to perform all tasks in the grow including but not limited to cloning, transplanting, feeding, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar feeding, trimming, waste disposal, inventory management and cleaning. Manufacturing / assembling and labeling product.
Role Requirements:
- Must be 21
- Perform all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar feeding, trimming, waste disposal, inventory management and cleaning.
- Works in both wet humid, warm, or cold conditions.
- Assist with facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Practice safe work habits at all times to avoid injury to self and others.
- Assures compliance with local regulations, and federal law.
- Must have accuracy and consistency while trimming and weighing product.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
- Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms.
- Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to focus on a task for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Candidate must be self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Prior trim experience.
