Role Responsibilities
T/CCI is looking to grow our Decatur, IL based organization. In support of our growth and new market opportunities, the Company is seeking to hire an experienced Janitor to support the site in creating highly engaging experiences for our customers, visitors, stakeholders, and employees. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the facility.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas.
- Dust and clean surfaces such as desks, counters, windowsills, and equipment.
- Perform minor maintenance and report major repairs or hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Compensation Benefits Working Hours
- 12 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday
- $15-16 per hour, with a $1 shift premium
