Warehouse / Forklift Operator
Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $19–$23/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our team in Salem!
In this role, you will work in a warehouse environment loading and unloading trucks, moving product in and out of our freezers, and safely putting product away into our racking system.
Job Duties:
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Move product in and out of freezer/cold-storage areas
- Put product away and organize inventory within the racking system
- Pull and stage product as needed
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift experience required
- Must have experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to safely move and handle product
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Able to follow directions and work independently
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Cold-storage or freezer warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
