Total Compensation: Average Base Commission
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store managers and staff.
- Cultivate a motivating environment through coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback.
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, helping them meet and exceed sales and operational targets.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across your district.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Drive sales growth across all stores within your district, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Promote a customer-first culture, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Support store managers in implementing effective upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies.
- Lead weekly meetings to set sales goals, review performance, and motivate teams.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
- Monitor store performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate cleanliness, operational efficiency, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.
- 3 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Proven success in leading multiple retail locations and achieving sales goals.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the district, including overnight stays.
