POSITION PURPOSE
The Cellular Connection (TCC), part of Round Room, LLC, is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to operationalize and scale AI across the enterprise. Supporting both the TCC and Wireless Zone business units, this role owns the administration, governance, and adoption of our AI and low-code platforms — including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview — ensuring AI capabilities are secure, compliant, well-governed, and adopted broadly enough to deliver measurable business value.
This position balances enterprise control with business enablement. It establishes platform standards and guardrails, enables citizen developers, and drives the training, communication, and change management required for sustained adoption. The role partners cross-functionally with all departments across the enterprise including IT, Security, Data & Analytics, Finance, Sales / Marketing, HR/Learning & Development, and Business Operations leaders in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. Strong business relationships are central to this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

This role delivers through platform administration, configuration, and low-code capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. It consumes curated, business-ready data and published AI automations (flows, agents, etc)..
- Low-Code Solution and Agent Delivery (25%): Design, build, test, and deploy Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Copilot agents that support enterprise and cross-functional business processes. Translate business requirements into governed low-code solutions, and support, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions for reliability and performance. Partner directly with business stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements and to confirm each solution delivered the outcome they expected.
- AI Platform Administration (20%): Administer and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, environments, connectors), and other enterprise AI and automation tools such as Moveworks/Comet. Manage Dev, Test, and Production environments with proper change management and ALM practices, and own licensing, capacity, and AI consumption management against budget. Ensure we get value from the functionality and tools we pay for by reviewing license assignment and feature utilization, activating paid capabilities not yet in use, and reallocating or retiring what is not delivering value.
- AI Governance, Security, and Compliance (20%): Own Microsoft Purview as the unified governance layer across Copilot and AI systems, including Data Loss Prevention policies, sensitivity labeling and classification, and access and sharing controls. Perform audit log review, risk signal investigation, and incident response, and ensure alignment with enterprise compliance and regulatory expectations.
- Adoption, Training, and Change Enablement (15%): Lead enterprise AI adoption through rollout campaigns, communications, training curricula (in coordination with Learning & Development department), and AI literacy programs for corporate and field audiences. Partner with the business leaders on change management, serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for AI platforms, monitor the Microsoft and vendor AI roadmaps to determine which new capabilities are valuable and relevant for our users, communicate monthly AI product updates, and support intern and mentoring programs. Build and maintain trusted relationships with department leaders and their teams, meeting with them regularly to understand priorities, surface AI opportunities, set expectations, and sustain adoption momentum after launch.
- COE Standards and Citizen Developer Enablement (10%): Create and maintain reusable templates, standards, and technical documentation. Govern citizen developer agent creation with appropriate guardrails, and own the agent lifecycle end to end — create, review, approve, publish, and retire — ensuring agents use approved data sources and align to business logic.
- Measurement, Reporting, and Optimization (10%): Track and report AI costs, adoption, utilization, and automation effectiveness across user segments. Maintain executive-ready dashboards on AI program health, quantify time savings and productivity impact, forecast consumption, and continuously optimize configurations and workflows.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job.
- Technical: Hands-on administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) and Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio; Power Platform design, development, and administration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environments, connectors) with ALM across Dev/Test/Prod; identity and access fundamentals (Entra ID, RBAC); basic scripting (PowerShell or similar); and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI from a consumption perspective.
- Governance and Security: Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Purview DLP, sensitivity labels, and compliance monitoring; working knowledge of AI risk management, responsible AI principles, and data protection; and the ability to balance governance enforcement with business enablement.
- Product Roadmap and Value Realization: Continuous learning across a fast-moving Microsoft AI roadmap; ability to assess new releases for business relevance and prioritize the few that matter; and commercial awareness of licensing, entitlements, and utilization relative to spend.
- Business Relationships and Partnership: Proven ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and frontline teams across every function; consultative discovery and active listening to understand business priorities and pain points; stakeholder management, expectation setting, and follow-through.
- Adoption, Training, and Communication: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training, documentation, and adoption campaigns for technical and non-technical audiences; clear written communication and executive-ready presentation skills; comfort supporting change management; and the ability to translate business needs into governed platform solutions.
- Analytical and Problem Solving: Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and adoption data to identify gaps and drive action; strong diagnostic skills across cloud platforms; and detail-oriented, audit-ready thinking.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant Microsoft certifications strongly preferred.
- 5 years in AI development and platform administration, automation, or enterprise platform operations, including hands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Copilot or AI deployments (500 users) strongly preferred.
- Experience with Moveworks or ITSM automation tools (ServiceNow, etc.) and with retail, wireless, or multi-site environments preferred.
REASONING/PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY
- Ability to analyze platform usage and adoption data, identify risks and gaps, and implement governance controls that balance flexibility with security.
- Capable of interpreting complex business requirements and determining whether a need is best met through citizen development, a governed low-code solution, or escalation to enterprise engineering and data partners.
