This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, for a Key Account Representative. Responsibilities for this role include managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. Other duties include assisting in client training, addressing inquiries, contributing to sales growth, and developing strong relationships with clients to meet their transportation needs.
- Experience in Account Management and Sales to effectively manage client portfolios and identify revenue opportunities
- Strong Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Exemplary Communication skills for clear, professional interactions with clients and team members
- Ability to deliver Training and onboarding sessions to support client success
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple accounts and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
