What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscape Laborer position at TCB Construction Landscaping, LLC?
Essential Duties
- Work directly with business owner to complete landscape construction jobs in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas
- General new construction on hardscapes (retaining walls, pavers, patios, walkways, etc.) General lawncare/mowing NOT INCLUDED
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Operate various tools and equipment up to and including heavy equipment
- Altering or building land to make it functional
- Ensure proper drainage and maintain projects in accordance with business owners' accepted bid.
- Practice professionalism at job sites
Requirements
- Must have current driver's license and your own transportation.
- Be able to listen and take direction
- Maintain good attendance record demonstrating dependability
- Be available to work at all times weather permits
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on regular basis
- Detail oriented
- Some knowledge and experience in landscape construction
