What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at TC Time One LLC?
Physical Therapist —
Peachtree Physical Therapy | Lawrenceville, GA | Full-Time

WHO WE ARE
________________________________________
Peachtree Physical Therapy is a privately owned, clinician-led, multi-site practice based in Suwanee, Georgia. As we continue to expand, we are seeking the right clinician to grow alongside us.
We are currently looking for a dedicated physical therapist to join our Lawrenceville team—someone who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and who wants to be part of a practice grounded in clinical excellence, integrity, and long-term impact.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

MENTORSHIP
New graduates are not handed a caseload and left to figure it out. Our clinical director works directly alongside you from your first day — shadowing, talking through clinical reasoning, and explaining the rationale behind treatment decisions so you genuinely understand why, not just what. You will build the clinical intuition that most new grads spend years trying to develop on their own.
A RAMP THAT RESPECTS THE LEARNING CURVE
We build your caseload gradually and intentionally. Patient volume increases as your confidence and competence grow — not before. We would rather you treat fewer patients well than rush you toward numbers at the expense of quality. This is how we protect both you and the patients we serve.
LEARN THE BUSINESS OF PT
Most clinicians spend years treating patients without ever understanding how a practice actually works. Here, you will. You will learn how clinical decisions connect to business outcomes, how payer mix affects a clinic's sustainability, and what it takes to build a practice that serves patients well and runs well financially. If owning a clinic is part of your long-term vision, there is no better place to start.
COMPENSATION THAT REFLECTS YOUR CONTRIBUTION
We believe the people who generate value should share in it. Our compensation structure starts with a strong base salary and adds a quarterly performance bonus tied to your production. High performers are recognized and rewarded. This is not a place where your paycheck stays flat regardless of how hard you work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
________________________________________
- Evaluate and treat patients across a full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions — from acute injury to chronic dysfunction to return-to-activity goals
- Look beyond the diagnosis and understand how each patient's condition is affecting their daily life, work, and independence
- Design and progress individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that drive meaningful functional change — not just pain reduction
- Produce clear, thorough documentation that accurately reflects patient progress and clinical reasoning
- Supervise PT aides and support staff during treatment sessions
- Build relationships with patients that support long-term adherence and real-world outcomes
- Participate in a collaborative clinic culture where everyone contributes to patient and business success

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
________________________________________
Required:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Georgia PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date
- New graduates and clinicians within 2 years of outpatient experience are strongly encouraged to apply
Strongly preferred:
- Someone who wants to carry the responsibility of a musculoskeletal specialist — approaching every patient the way a Doctor of Physical Therapy should, with full clinical ownership of their condition, their progress, and their outcome
- Pride in being a non-surgical MSK specialist — someone who understands that physical therapy done well is not a consolation prize after medicine, it is the most powerful tool available for restoring how people move, work, and live
- A mindset that goes beyond pain reduction — the real goal is helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that is lifting their child, returning to work, or moving without fear
- Genuine interest in the business side of physical therapy practice
