Job Opportunity: Janitorial Area Manager in Upstate, SC
TC Services is looking for an Area Manager to join our team based out of the Upstate, SC area. This person will operate as a primary liaison for multiple accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationships with supervisors, employees as well as the clients by creating a positive working relationship. The area manager is responsible maintaining a solid working team as well as building additional team members in the mix for addressing client issues and responding to questions. The ideal candidate will be constantly training and improving processes with their team.
This position requires good verbal and written communication skills. Experience in janitorial field is a plus but not necessary. Working experience in floors, carpets, and janitorial work is a plus but not needed. Working with customers and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer accounts – Providing the best overall cleaning experience for our customers. This includes product knowledge and processes to assist customers in their needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the supervisors and employees to keep the clients satisfied and engaged with services.
- Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate successful proactive delivery of services to all customers.
- Supervisor relationships- Develop relationships with existing supervisors and help guide their daily routines. This will include professional development of all supervisors and employees.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Some travel required for this role
- Some cleaning may be required for this role

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday and Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Weekend availability
