Screen Printing Press Assistant

TC's home office and production facility in Siloam Springs is looking for a hardworking, focused, and highly dependable Press Assistant to join our screen printing production team. This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that plays a critical role in keeping production running efficiently throughout the day. The Press Assistant works directly alongside 2–3 press operators, helping anticipate needs, keep jobs moving, maintain organization, and support overall production flow.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with urgency, being part of a team, and taking pride in supporting others and helping operations run smoothly.

The long-term goal for this role is to develop into a Screen Print Press Operator position for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist screen print press operators throughout the production day
• Keep presses stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Load and unload garments quickly and accurately
• Help stage jobs, inks, screens, and materials for upcoming production
• Anticipate operator needs and actively support production flow
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Catch quality issues and communicate problems quickly
• Support overall production efficiency through urgency, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Learn screen printing production processes and press operation over time

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to work well within a collaborative production team
• Previous screen printing or production experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move production materials as needed
